Francis Hoey, President, CFM, CIMA®,CFP®

Founder and president, Fran Hoey, has been in the financial services industry since 1997. As a former Vice President and Client Executive, Fran spent his first decade in the industry with Merrill Lynch. After realizing the value and capabilities of an independent firm as a Registered Investment Advisor, he founded Hoey Investments in 2008. Fran has been a Certified Financial Planner since July 2003. 

CINDY CROLEY

Cindy joined Hoey Investments in 2019 and has worked in the business community for over 30 years. Cindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati as well as a Master’s of Business Administration Degree from Xavier University.
